By signing up for our services, you ("User" or "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
2.1 Confidential Information
For the purposes of this agreement, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:
Business name, address, and contact details
Payment and banking information
Customer details (including names, addresses, phone numbers, and tracking information)
Business operations, pricing structures, and sales data
Any other proprietary business information shared with Bullship
2.2 Non-Disclosure & Restricted Use
Bullship agrees that all Confidential Information provided by Users shall:
Be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent from the User
Only be used for the purpose of providing services related to Bullship
Not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed under any circumstances
2.3 Exceptions
This NDA does not apply to information that:
Is already publicly available through no fault of Bullship
Is independently developed by Bullship without reliance on User’s confidential information
Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or regulatory requirement
3. Compliance with Privacy Laws
Bullship complies with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Users have the right to:
Request access to personal information we have collected
Request deletion or correction of their personal data
Opt out of data collection where applicable
Know how long their data is stored and request its deletion

4. Data Collection & Security Measures

5. Data Retention & Deletion

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sheridan County, Wyoming. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of Wyoming.
12. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By using Bullship, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy & NDA. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Bullship ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services (“if you don’t like our peaches, don’t shake our tree”)
2. Description of Services Bullship provides software solutions for pack-and-ship stores to help manage mailbox rentals, create shipping labels, track shipments, and provide modern cloud-based store operations. Our Services may evolve (we’d sure hope so), and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using Bullship, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Fees and Payment Certain features of Bullship may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and refund policies are outlined separately and may be updated at our discretion. If you subscribe to paid features, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

8. Third-Party Services Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., FedEx, payment processors). We do not control or assume responsibility for these third-party services.
9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our Services in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is lower.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Bullship, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.
12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
